TOKYO DYKE! is an intimate documentary that follows the journey of the two female directors into an original and surprising lesbian Tokyo. A trip to meet six women seeking their place in a society that is both ultramodern and traditional.
DIRECTORS BIO
Swiss filmmakers Joëlle Bacchetta und Florence Bujard founded their collective "koïlab." in 2007 after moving to Brussels. Since then, they have worked on many projects with choreographers, performers and visual artists. Joëlle is also a photographer and script writer – Florence a DJ and music composer. TOKYO DYKE! is their first feature film documentary.
