Sake is an important part and the pride of Japanese cuisine. Yoshiko Ueno-Müller, first female "Master of Sake Tasting" and awarded with the title of SAKE SAMURAI, has just published her book "Sake - Elixir of the Japanese Soul" in March, arguing that the Japanese national beverage can also harmonise with other cuisines. In the workshop, regional profiles of sake breweries will be presented and explained with the help of three brands of premium sake.
