DIRECTOR BIO
Shuichi OKITA was born in 1977 and debuted in 2006 with his feature film THE WONDERFUL WORLD after he had successfully started out as a short film director. His last feature film THE WOODSMAN AND THE RAIN did not only win the Special Jury Price at the Tokyo International Film Festival but also the Nippon Cinema Award at last year's Nippon Connection.
